This project seeks to acquire integrated communications, media planning/buying, marketing, market research, advertising, public relations support, partnership development, and event planning services to enhance NHTSA’s vehicle safety programs.  NHTSA will use this support to raise vehicle safety awareness especially recall activities and increase interaction with NHTSA among targeted populations through the combination distribution of vehicle safety marketing materials and development and maintenance of online automotive community partnerships.   The incumbent contractor is Stratacomm, LLC under DTNH22-14-A-00014.
